Heritage de Chasse Spleen originates from Haut-Medoc. A Cabernet Sauvignon dominant Bordeaux blend, it will go wonderfully well with meat (beef, duck). Best served at 17-18 degrees. Open at least 30 minutes before serving, ideally decanted. Can be kept for another 5 to 10 years.
Chateau Brame Hame is one of the smallest Chateaux of the St Estephe appellation. It was created in 2004 to allow the winemaker to express : "l'Art du Vin", the Art of the Wine. 2018 is already described as one of the best millesime for St Estephe, the wine will fully open in 5 to 10 years.
The wine Château Gressier Grand Poujeaux is a red wine produced in the Bordeaux region in France, by Château Gressier Grand Poujeaux. This 2009 vintage comes from the Moulis appellation. It is full-body with well aged tannins.
