This wine is produced with the same care and the same methods as the first wine. It uses youngest vines and its blend comprises 70% Cabernet-Sauvignon and about 30% Merlot wich adds softness to the strenghth of the Cabernet grapes. Harvest is exclusively done by hand picking and the grape are sorted twice before and after the de-stemming process.
Lacoste Borie can be drink in its first year. Much supple and fruity, it largely keeps the elegance and the complexity of the first wine which gives him a good value for money.
Full-bodies with a lingering finish, it serves best with fine meats cooked on the grill or good quality cheeses.

Sauer cherries and cedar wood in nose. Fresh fruit in taste, but very well balanced with soft chocolate tones. Good one!
