The Brisson-Lahaye Blanc de Blancs is a sparkling wine made by Brisson-Lahaye from Champagne made of chardonnay.
It has hints of honey and fruits, and vanilla on the finish.
It is best drank on its own, but can also accompagny seafood and fish perfectly.
Beautifully dry and wellstructured chardonnay. The wine feels buttery, yeasty and tastes like yellow flowers, salt, chalk and brioche. Good terroir-expression, with ageing potential.
