Introduction
This website is owned and operated by Wine & Friends Pte Ltd, a Singapore registered company (UEN 201501250K).
By submitting an order on this website, you agree to the Terms and Conditions below.
« Goods » refers to the goods ordered by you using our website.
« Price » means the total price of goods. We are a non-GST registered company, and as such no GST is included in the price of our products. Displayed prices are net prices and delivery costs are not included. For delivery pricing, please see the Delivery section below.
The price of the goods will be as quoted on the website at the time you confirm your order, subject only to inadvertent technical error for which we will not be liable.
These Terms and Conditions apply to any purchase made on our website.
By ordering our products you certify:
- That you are over 18 years old and legally permitted to purchase and consume alcohol.
- That you are buying goods on this website for your personal use only.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We recommend that you review them prior to each order. By placing an order after changes have been published, you agree to the updated terms.
Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- PayNow
All payments are processed securely. Wine & Friends does not store your payment card details. Payment data is processed and stored exclusively by our external payment providers.
Delivery
Standard Delivery (1–3 Business Days)
- Free on orders of 6 bottles or more
- $25 flat fee for orders under 6 bottles
Express Next-Day Delivery (+$25)
- Receive your order on the next business day
- Orders of 6+ bottles: $25 (express fee only, standard shipping waived)
- Orders under 6 bottles: $50 ($25 shipping + $25 express fee)
Delivery Slots
At checkout, you can choose your preferred delivery slot:
- Morning: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only, island-wide across Singapore. All wines are dispatched in temperature-controlled packaging.
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate when placing your order.
In the event of a failed delivery attempt, our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a new delivery date.

Cancellation & Returns
Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once payment has been completed.
We do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives with bottles damaged in transit, please contact us at contact@wineandfriends.com.sg within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will review each case and may offer a replacement at our discretion.
Privacy & Security
At Wine & Friends we take steps to ensure that your personal data and payment information is secure and your privacy is respected.
We collect:
- The email addresses of those who contact us or join our mailing list
- The IP address of visitors to our website
- Personal information provided by you when placing an order (e.g. name, address, email)
We use the provided personal data for the execution of your enquiry and the processing of your purchase order.
We use cookies and other monitoring technologies to compile anonymous statistics about our website visitors.
Email: We do not sell or trade our email lists. If you do not wish to receive our newsletter, you can unsubscribe using the link in any email or by contacting contact@wineandfriends.com.sg.
Security: Our website is hosted on secured servers and utilises SSL encryption. Any personal information you provide is encrypted during transmission to reduce the possibility of interception. Your complete credit card number is not stored on our servers.
Warranties and Liability
You are solely responsible for selecting the goods you purchase. Any guarantee or liability regarding use or improper conservation of the purchased goods will be strictly refused.
Any guarantee or liability for offerings of third parties is fully excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wine & Friends will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our website; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on our website; (iii) any content obtained from our website; and (iv) unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Weather conditions or events outside of our reasonable control may result in occasional late or cancelled delivery. In any event our liability to you will be limited to the price of goods not delivered.
General
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Singapore law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
If any of these Terms and Conditions is held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Terms and Conditions which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
