His 30 hectares of vines in the tiny hamlet of Lentheric within the Faugeres appellation are biodynamically farmed and an unhurried approach to winemaking create stunning wines that are soulful and loaded with character.
His Faugeres is a blend of 50% Carignan, 30% Grenache, and 20% Cinsault. Raised entirely in cement vats and stainless steel, this full bodied Languedoc beauty is meticulously crafted by Didier and emanates the warmth and sun blessed vineyards of this ancient region.
