This is a Sweet wine yet refined and elegant on the palate, this is a full-bodied, rich and generous yet piquant and firmly structured, greatly tensioned and salty Moelleux.
With less clay and more stone than Le Haut-Lieu, Le Mont yields young wines of intense minerality. The wines are the estate's most reticent, but develop the strongest perfume with age.

Domaine Huet founded in 1928 by Victor Huet and his son Gaston today has thirty hectares of Chenin planted on three plots: Haut-Lieu, Mont and Clos du Bourg. The estate was one of the precursors of the biodynamic culture in the French vineyard.
