Today, the domaine Barou consists of 7 hectares of Vin de Pays vines on the granite soils around Charnas, and 3 hectares in nearby Limony of AOC St Joseph and Condrieu. Since 2013, the domaine has been practicing biodynamic methods.

Skin Maceration for 10-12 hours. Temperature controlled fermentation in barrels at 16-20º C. Aged in barrels (30% new) for 9 months, with batonnage twice per month.
