Morgon “Corcelette” 2023 is a single-vineyard cru from Domaine Jean Foillard, drawn from the sandier, granite-influenced Corcelette sector of Morgon, which yields a more perfumed, elegant style than the Côte du Py. Made from Gamay by traditional carbonic maceration with minimal intervention, it shows bright red cherry, raspberry and floral notes with a fine mineral edge, silky tannins and a fresh, lifted finish. Serve lightly cool at 14-16°C.
