Wine is ruined by heat long before it is opened — and an hour in a hot van is enough to do it. Every bottle we sell is held at 14°C and travels to your door in a refrigerated vehicle, delivered by Provino, our logistics partner. The cold chain is never broken.

Six bottles is the whole trick. Reach six and standard delivery is free — there is no minimum spend, and no order too small to send.

- Morning — 9:00am to 12:00pm
- Afternoon — 2:00pm to 6:00pm
Monday to Friday. Someone needs to be there to take the wine in.
Where we deliver
Everywhere in Singapore. No restricted postal codes, no surcharge for your address — island-wide means island-wide.
On delivery day
Please keep your mobile number up to date — Provino will call if they can't reach your door.
Prefer to collect it yourself?
Choose Self-Collection at checkout for free pickup from the Provino warehouse — no delivery fee, any quantity. Short-notice collection slots carry a $25 fee, the same as express delivery.
- Where: Provino warehouse Loading Bay, 30 Toh Guan Road, #02-01A — take lift No. 6 or 7 to Level 2.
- When: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–12:30pm and 2:00pm–5:00pm (please avoid 12:30–2:00pm for lunch; excludes public holidays).
- How: pick a collection slot at checkout, then bring the OB number shown on your order confirmation — this is your warehouse reference, not your order number.
