Elegant Chardonnay, the nose has a delicate mix of fresh herbs, ripe yellow apple, and crushed rock, with the faintest hint of oak. Managed by Dominique Lafon, also in charge of the Comtes Lafon estate in Meursault, in Côte d´Or, this Mâconnais property stands out among the references in the region since 1999. This Saône-et-Loire vineyard - 20 hectares planted with Chardonnay - was quickly converted to biodynamic agriculture.
